By registering here, you agree to abide by the conditions listed in the attached file and such Covid SMM measures that may currently be in force, and to comply with all instructions from Bowls Singapore and our Venue's staff and representatives. You also agree to fully indemnify Bowls Singapore and our Venue for any damage to their property caused by you and/or for any loss and expenses incurred by them as a result of your negligence. You further agree to hold Bowls Singapore, our Venue and their staff and representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements on a full indemnity basis) directly or indirectly caused by you. You agree for Bowls Singapore to maintain your records for the purpose of administering thie program and to be contacted for future events. Photographs may be taken at this event and you consent to your image being stored and used for reporting and publicity purposes.
