The 2025 Pesta Sukan Floorball officially commenced on 12 July 2025 and will run until 03 August 2025.
The opening day on 12 July featured our talented U10 and U12 Boys & Girls competing passionately in their respective categories. In the U10 category, a total of 06 Girl's teams and 10 Boy's teams participated, while the U12 category saw 09 Girl's teams and 12 Boys's teams battling it out for top honours.
The U10 matches were filled with excitment and youthful energy as the youngest floorballers took to the court. While still developing their technical skills, the players impressed spectators with their determination to chase every ball, their teamwork, and their infectious passion for the game. Their sportsmanship and joy on court were a delight to watch, showcasing the bright future of Singapore's youth floorball.
The U12 matches displayed a noticeable step up in both skill and understanding of the game. Players demonstrated better ball control, sharper passing, and growing tactical awareness, making many matches fast-paced and competitive.
The young prodigies fought hard for every goal, reflecting their eagerness to improve and their hunger for success. They impressed the crowd with their energy, teamwork, and relentless fighting spirit.

On 13 July, the excitement continued with matches in the Special Olympics and the Mixed Open category.
The Special Olympics, featuring 05 teams, was particularly inspiring, with a unique mix of athletes and individuals with special needs competing side by side. Their determination, teamwork, and joy on court were met with loud cheers from supporters, creating an atmosphere filled with positivity and sportsmanship. Notably, floorball is the only sport in Pesta Sukan to feature a Special Olympics category, highlighting its inclusivity and commitment to providing opportunities for all.
Meanwhile, the Mixed Open, contested by 24 teams, delivered high-paced and competitive action. Teams showcased excellent chemistry, sharp passing, and quick transitions, with many matches closely fought and keeping spectators on edge as they battled for early dominance in the competition.

The second weekend of the 2025 Pesta Sukan Floorball promises thrilling action, with the U14 and U17 Boys & Girls competing fiercely in their respective categories. This year sees a remarkable turnout, with all categories registering more teams than last year - 16 teams each in the U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U17 Boys, and U17 Girls categories.
The U14 matches showcased promising young talents who demonstrated refined technical skills and growing confidence on court. Many matches were fast-paced yet well-balanced, with players focusing on ball control, sharp passing, quick transitions, and controlling the tempo of play. The enthusiasm and fighting spirit displayed by these athletes reflected the strong foundation being built for the future of floorball.

The U17 matches brought a noticeable step up in speed, physicality, and tactical discipline. Players demonstrated stronger ball control, better positioning, and a deeper understanding of the game. Several matches turned into thrilling, closely contested battles, with quick counterattacks and crucial saves, treating spectators end-to-end action that kept them on the edge of their seats.
The U17 Boys' 3rd/4th placing match was a nail-biter, extending into four minutes of extra time before being decided in a penalty shootout. The U17 Boys' Final delivered even more drama, going into four minutes of extra time, followed by a penalty shootout, and finally three shifts of penalty golden goal before the winner was ultimately decided - a true testament of the competitive spirit and fighting determination of both teams.

On the third weekend, 26 and 27 July, the spotlight will be on our U19 Boys & Girls, with 16 teams each competing fiercely in their respective categories, alongside the Community Championships Final for the Mixed Open category, which features 09 teams.
The U19 matches promise to deliver the highest level of intensity seen so far in this year's Pesta Sukan Floorball. Players in this age group are faster, stronger, and tactically sharper, with many already playing in, or on the cusp of, senior-level competitions such as the Singapore Floorball Premier League. Expect lightning-quick transitions, powerful shots, and relentless end-to-end action, with no team willing to give an inch. Every goal, interception, and save will count as these young athletes battle to prove themselves.
This year also marks a special milestone as floorball is included in the Community Championships for the first time, adding greater significance to the Mixed Open Final.
The final weekend, 02 and 03 August, will feature thrilling action from the Men's & Women's Open categories, with 16 teams each, as well as the Community Championships Final for the Mixed U16 category, which will see 10 teams competing.
The Men's & Women's Open categories will showcase the highest level of floorball action in this year's Pesta Sukan. Featuring many of Singapore's top players and seasoned athletes, these matches promise elite-level speed, precision, and tactical execution. Expect explosive transitions, clinical finishing, and fierce battles for possession, as every team fights relentlessly for the champion title.
