Coach – 3v3 National Floorball Team

Role Overview

• Lead the preparation and performance of the national 3v3 team for international competitions (e.g. SEA Games)

• Deliver high-performance outcomes through effective coaching, planning, and athlete management

• Report directly to the Technical Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead player identification and selection

• Design and implement 3v3-specific training programmes and tactical frameworks

• Plan and conduct training sessions, camps, and competition preparation

• Manage in-game tactics, substitutions, and match strategies

• Foster a high-performance team culture aligned with national standards

• Collaborate with Technical Director, Team Manager, and support staff

• Provide post-competition reports and technical evaluations

Requirements

• Recognised floorball coaching certification (national or IFF-aligned)

• Experience coaching at elite, national, or international levels

• Strong understanding of 3v3 rules, tactics, and competition demands

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities

• Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
