The Singapore Floorball Association will now commence recruitment for the NYTC 2026 Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions, as part of ongoing efforts to elevate the National Youth Training Centres (NYTC) programme.

NYTC 2026 Head Coach – Key Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• At least 15 years of youth coaching experience, including 5 years in a managerial role overseeing high-performance teams or coaching teams.

• SG-Coach Level 1 Floorball certification and NROC registration.

• Strong understanding of MOE and IHL sports development frameworks and competition cycles.

• Preferably a diploma or degree in Physical Education, Sport Science, or related fields.

• Strong communication skills, integrity, and a passion for youth development.

NYTC 2026 Assistant Coach – Key Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 8 years of coaching experience, or
  2 years of coaching + 5 years as a national team player.

• Strong technical understanding of youth floorball coaching methodologies and safe sport practices.

• At least NROC SG-Coach Level 1 (Integrated) certification, or a Diploma/Degree in Physical Education (NIE).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.

Both positions are part-time and involve supporting the delivery, oversight, and continued development of NYTC programmes, including training plans, coach development, curriculum implementation, and overseas training camps.
