Join the Singapore Floorball Association in driving the development of Singapore’s national floorball pathway. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will support youth athlete and coach development programmes, ensuring high standards in programme delivery, governance, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement the national youth talent development framework
- Oversee programmes at the National Youth Training Centre (NYTC)
- Plan and deliver local and overseas development camps and initiatives
- Coordinate talent identification with stakeholders (e.g. MOE, Sports School)
- Support coach education programmes (NROC & AOFC) and curriculum development
- Monitor programme standards, reporting, and evaluation processes
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sports Management, Sport Science, Education, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in youth or sports development (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with good work ethics
- Background in data analysis or sports science is an advantage
