Conditional Coach Access Scheme (Competition) What is this?
The Conditional Coach Access Scheme (Competition) is a temporary, one-year approval that allows eligible foreign swim coaches to be on-deck during training and competitions, when full Singapore Aquatics certification cannot yet be completed due to course availability.

What happens after approval?
Once approved, you receive:
Coach (Conditional Status – Competition Access)
This allows you to remain on deck while progressing towards full accreditation.
How do I become fully accredited?
All coaches under this scheme must complete:
SG-Coach Level 1 (Technical) – Swimming
When the course becomes available:

You will be invited via the SG-Coach Level 1 / SAQ Coach Interest List

You must register and complete all course components

After completion, your status will be updated to Fully Accredited
