By registering for the Course/Event/Program, I understand and agree to the following,

• Singapore Aquatics does not refund fees except in exceptional circumstances. Refunds will exclude any additional charges that may be incurred (Processing Fees, Admin Fees etc.). Consideration for a refund must be made in writing to the Swimming Department by e-mail to teachSAQ@sgaquatics.org.sg. A decision to offer a refund will be at the discretion of Singapore Aquatics.
• Course/Event/Program fees are non-refundable in the case that the Participant is unable to complete the Course/Event/Program.
• Participants have to be a valid CoachSAQ/TeachSAQ Member or its equivalent for the duration of the Course/Event/Program in order to complete the Course/Event/Program and receive the Certificate of Participation/Certificate of Accreditation/CCE Hour (if any).
• Consent to Singapore Aquatics using photographs and/or video recordings of me taken by the Association or by persons authorised on behalf of the Association for the purposes of internally and externally promoting the Coaching Programme. These images could be used in any media (existing or later created or made available) including print and digital media formats such as print publications, prospectuses, brochures, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes.
• Singapore Aquatics reserves the right to amend the Course/Event/Program Structure and Requirements, in order to provide an updated Course/Event/Program to participants.
