SwimSafer Instructor Renewal Step by Step Guide

How to register for SwimSafer Instructor Renewal Programme

 

1. Eligible instructors who missed the registration may submit an application form for review here: https://forms.gle/W8Zw2WJruLPetBLn7
 

2. Each application will undergo individual review. The processing of applications may take up to three weeks. 
We will send you a link to register on our platform once we have verified your eligibility.

 

3. When you receive a link through email, click on it and you will be able to see the details as well as the Course information. Click on the ‘Register’ button.

 

5. After you have clicked on register, you will be brought into this page.

 

6. Scroll down to find the information that you will need to fill up in order to complete your registration.

 

 

7. There will be a few crucial documents to submit while registering.

     a. NROC E-Card. To get this card, simply log in to your NROC Account to take a screenshot of it.

 

    b. SwimSafer Recertification - Certificate of Participation Practical Module

 

       SwimSafer Instructor Certificate/Card (Expires on 31st December 2023)

To download your ‘SwimSafer Recertification - Certificate of Participation Practical Module’, you will have to renew or log in to your SAQ Account. For further instruction please click on this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s5uC7sddCZ7iEgRqH8dSy5tzr_olvdip/view?usp=sharing

 

    c. Understanding Safe Sport. To download or attempt the Understanding Safe Sport module, please follow the instruction in this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-ZhrBO3o86h5L9zV_SL7q4CS8eSLcEPP/view

 

8. After you have fill up all the information needed, scroll down and click on the 3 checkbox. Click on ‘Next Step’.

 

9. After clicking on ‘Next Step’, you will see this page. You will then scroll down and click on ‘I’m not a robot’, double check your submissions and confirm registration.

 

10. You will be brought to this invoice. You may click on PayPal to pay by PayPal/credit card

 

11. After you have successfully registered, you will get an email confirmation. However if there are document/s that is not aligned to our expectation, we will notify you through email and you will have to resubmit the relevant document/s.

 

 *** There will be enough slots for all to register. The event will be opened in a timely basis. Everyone who have the appropriate documents Will Be Able To                          Sign Up. Please Do Not Register more than once.

 

 


 

How to Renew/Register to be an SAQ memeber?

 

               i. To renew (if you are a returning member) or register (if you are new) to be an SAQ member, you may click on this link:

                   https://www.revolutionise.sg/sgswim/registration/

 

              ii. Scroll down till you see two dark blue boxes. One says ‘Returning member’ and the other says ‘New member’.

 

               iii. Click on the ‘returning member’ to renew or click on the ‘new member’ to register.

               iv. Once you have Renewed or Registered, please proceed to make payment through the preferred option, Paypal. If unable to do so, you may choose to                           pay through iBanking.

Step 1: Open iBanking App

Step 2: Scan the QR code and make payment (Please include Invoice Reference number in your transaction) – for eg. “ME12345” (Please ensure that you transfer the CORRECT amount)

Step 3: Fill up the form accordingly (https://forms.gle/GhJAfGzLcpHZxQDD7)

Step 4: Attach a Screenshot (refer to example below) of your payment and upload into the form.

Step 5: Submit Form

                    If you have made payment through IBanking, please remember to fill up the form, as it allows us to verify your payment.
